Visitor Information Officer

Blue Mountains Visitor Information Centres are looking for 5 casual staff to act as Visitor Information Officers at their 3 centres including Glenbrook, Katoomba and Echo Point.
You must have high level front-facing customer service experience, retail and/or tourism industry experience, cash handling + point of sale (POS) system experience, work well with a large and diverse team, have strong local area knowledge, and enjoy a fast paced and busy environment. Experience supervising in a retail environment is desirable but not essential.
This position works with a diverse customer base of international and domestic visitors and an openness and understanding of diversity and inclusion is required for this role. The values of sustainability and caring for country align with this role.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $34.95 gross per hour
% casual loading
% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
