Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and creating career opportunities that match clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Championing inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Engaging with employers to address skill shortages through innovative recruitment strategies.
  • BROKERING WORK EXPERIENCE TO BUILD PARTICIPANT SKILLS AND ASSESS EMPLOYER/CLIENT COMPATIBILITY.
  • PREPARING WORKPLACES TO SUPPORT AND RETAIN PARTICIPANTS VIA ADJUSTMENTS AND DISABILITY CONFIDENCE TRAINING.
  • FACILITATING EMPLOYER TRAINING TO BOOST DISABILITY AWARENESS AND INCLUSION.
  • BUILDING EMPLOYER AND COMMUNITY NETWORKS TO CREATE JOB OPPORTUNITIES.
  • PROMOTING OUR ORGANIZATION AS A TRUSTED PROVIDER SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITY TO ACHIEVE CAREER GOALS.
  • METING OR EXCEEDING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS.
