Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role. Who are you? A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, you'll also bring experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field. Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience will assist you to navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike.
