Our Mission

We support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for a meaningful career. Working as part of a dedicated and collaborative team, you'll guide people through the job-readiness journey - helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their career goals.

From the first conversation to job application and interview preparation, you'll be there every step of the way - empowering individuals to take control of their future and feel ready to step into the workforce.

  • Work closely with clients as they plan their next career steps, providing support to find the right job along the way.
  • Build strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.
  • Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
  • Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
  • Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
About You

Bring empathy, energy and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services. Be confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers.

Be outcomes-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

  • Love getting to know each client's unique strengths, goals and challenges so you can coach them effectively and build their confidence for their next career.
  • Enjoy engaging with employers; taking the time to understand their business needs so you can prepare candidates who are the right fit.
  • Have strong relationship-building skills to connect with both clients and employers alike.
  • Be proactive, professional, and detail-oriented, always maintaining accurate records and upholding a high standard of service.
  • Lead with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred support.
Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
  • Current Driver's License
