About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at Parmelia Hilton Perth. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious desserts that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative dessert menus that showcase your skills and expertise
  • Contribute to a safe, happy, and productive work environment
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the pastry kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other team members to achieve our culinary goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest food trends and techniques to ensure our desserts are always fresh and exciting
About You
  • Australian working rights (no sponsorship needed)
  • Preferably based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
  • A current, valid, and relevant trade patisserie qualification
  • Knowledge of current food trends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
