Wellbeing Advocate

Ensuring staff health, safety and wellbeing is crucial for any workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate return-to-work plans for employees recovering from work-related and non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Communicate with employees, managers, insurers and healthcare professionals to facilitate recovery and reintegration.
- Maintain accurate case management and return-to-work records in line with legislation.
- Develop and promote wellbeing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, resilience and work-life balance.
- Review hybrid work and ergonomic arrangements to ensure safe and sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on adjustments such as sit-stand desks and chairs.
- Support administration of OHSW including incident reporting, hazard management and training support.
- Contribute to emergency response teams and first aid procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in injury management, return-to-work coordination or occupational health and wellbeing.
- Understanding of relevant legislation, data privacy and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work sensitively and collaboratively.
- Ability to balance detailed administration with proactive wellbeing support.
- Relevant qualifications in occupational health, return-to-work coordination or health and wellbeing.
- Capacity to travel between locations within a metropolitan area.
