**Job Overview**: This role is designed to provide support for students' social, emotional and behavioural needs within the educational services framework. It involves collaborating with school staff, leadership and the wellbeing team to ensure that appropriate levels of support are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- 1. Collaborate with the school community to promote student wellbeing 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and participation 3. Provide guidance on mental health and wellbeing best practices 4. Facilitate communication between students, parents and teachers 5. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices
**Required Skills and Qualifications**: A degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, psychology) and experience working with students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
