Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless funding operations, accurate trade settlements, and regulatory compliance.

  • Daily funding processing involves reviewing and verifying client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across trading platforms and payment channels.
  • Funding reconciliation requires performing daily reconciliation of client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements to guarantee accuracy.
  • Reporting duties include preparing comprehensive financial reports, including detailed funding summaries and account status updates.
  • Risk monitoring involves identifying and escalating unusual funding activity, trading anomalies, or operational discrepancies.
  • Case handling entails resolving transaction issues, exceptions, and client funding queries promptly and effectively.
  • Compliance support includes adhering to regulatory requirements (ASIC, CySEC, FMA, etc.) and supporting AML/CTF checks for all transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision when handling data and documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
