Fund Accounting Manager

Apex Group Ltd. is a global financial services provider with operations in 42 countries worldwide and over 10,000 employees.

We are seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to oversee and grow a team of senior fund accountants and fund accountants involved in the areas of NAV calculation, shareholder/unitholder reporting, and financial reporting.

This is a full-time position that will see you maintaining client relationships, coordinating regulatory reporting audit preparation, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate NAV calculations are prepared, reviewed, and delivered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
  • Reviewing and ensuring accuracy and compliance with fund governing and regulatory procedures
  • Operational onboarding of new and take-on funds, ensuring everything is prepared prior to launch
  • Reviewing Limited Partner/Shareholder/Unitholder Allocation, including admin fees/waterfall/clawback calculations

Requirements for Success:

  • An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines
  • Accountancy qualification (e.g., CA, CPA)
  • Excellent collaboration and written communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Macros in Excel

About This Role:

This role involves overseeing a team responsible for the calculation and delivery of NAVs to clients, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
