We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions. As an experienced Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in Duck Creek platforms, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities. You will work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of products, identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Project Oversight and Delivery: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of products.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling services and solutions.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with technical teams to align project objectives and guide junior team members to enhance delivery quality and account management skills.
Requirements:
- 8-13 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in solution implementation or account management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.
- Familiarity with Duck Creek architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
