About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients through effective relationship building and communication.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to promote our services and products, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Promote and educate clients on our company's initiatives, procedures, and points of value and difference, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Log detailed activity and visits for accurate reporting, providing valuable insights for future growth.
  • Ensure seamless handover of new clients to Partnership Success Managers, guaranteeing continuity of support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in face-to-face/field-based Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, with a strong track record of success.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel locally, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong interpersonal and partnership-building skills, with excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.

Qualifications and requirements
