Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive person to join our team as an Administration Specialist. This senior-level position will focus on direct client engagement within an office environment, providing hands-on support to our clients.

The role involves helping our customer base maximize their use of our software to improve productivity, information management, and meet compliance and reporting requirements.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who thrives in an environment where knowledge is shared and expertise is valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both colleagues and customers
  • Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly and easily, and work across multiple platforms
  • Good understanding of at least one relevant client management system
  • Must have experience working within the sector in an office-based role
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Australia
  • Current National Police Clearance Check or ability to obtain one within 3 months of commencing
  • Reliable car and WA driver's licence
  • Ability to travel to client sites and conferences if needed
