Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Client Liaison Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients requiring information about skilled migration programs.

This role involves case management, responsible for clients' needs from initial contact to assessment outcome, referral to licensing and regulatory bodies, and processing of applications using our CRM system.

The Senior Client Liaison Specialist provides information to prospective migrants, employers, and agents enquiring about skilled migration programs.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer service, administration, and data entry skills. Experience in processing or assessing applications would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, young people (24 years of age and under), and people with disability who meet the requirements may be prioritised for appointment.
