Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Client Engagement Specialist to empower vulnerable individuals and people living with disabilities. This role is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the client intake process, identifying support needs, and developing service plans. They will work collaboratively with healthcare stakeholders to drive business development and account-related activity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Networking and liaising with key hospitals and support coordinators.
  • Growing enquiries through expos, networking events, and presentations to referrer groups.
  • Embedding new approaches to improve client experience and drive new business.
  • Managing client intake and transition delivery of high-quality service, including reporting and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong management and prioritizing skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office.
  • A valid NSW driver's license.
  • Knowledge of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (desired).
  • NDIS Clearance and WWC Check.
