Key Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join our Private Wealth team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing holistic strategic and investment advice to an established book of clients.

You will develop and implement personalized wealth management strategies, including investment recommendations, retirement planning, tax planning, debt management, and estate planning.

You will assist clients with complex decisions regarding the best way to protect and grow their wealth and structure their investments.

You will work closely with support staff to implement advice and undertake business development to assist with growing the existing client book.

Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest market trends, economic developments, and industry regulations to provide informed and up-to-date advice.

What We Look For In Our Financial Advisers

We are looking for professionals with:

  • Previous experience in financial advice with a minimum of 5-10 years, providing advice in areas such as superannuation, investments, and insurance.
  • FASEA qualification or near qualification, and registration on the Financial Adviser Register.
  • CFP desired.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Strong compliance history.
  • Ability to present and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to build internal and external networks that generate new client relationships.

We also look for personal attributes such as a strong work ethic, teamwork, high-level communication skills, strong relationship building skills, and a growth mindset.
