Junior Fund Accounting Specialist

Position Overview
As a Junior Fund Accounting Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Fund Solutions team, delivering essential services to our clients. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities within fund administration, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client portfolios, providing administration services for hedge and private equity funds, including the facilitation of NAV calculations, capital calls, and distributions.
- Prepare financial documentation and schedules for audit purposes, review draft audit accounts, address audit discrepancies, and manage the distribution of interim and annual financial statements.
- Handle cash management tasks, including monitoring cash transfers for investment needs and processing subscription proceeds, redemptions, and fee payments.
- Deliver exceptional client service while adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, conducting meetings as necessary.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and consistency in all reporting activities.
- Engage with clients and key stakeholders, including legal advisors, auditors, and tax consultants.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have at least one year of experience in fund accounting, administration, or corporate accounting; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Assistant Fund Accountant role.
- Membership in a professional accounting body is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin skills.
- Exhibit strong teamwork abilities, independence, proactivity, attention to detail, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and outstanding communication skills.
