We're looking for a skilled UX Researcher II to help drive user-centred product innovation.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, prioritizing balance and respecting individual needs.

About the Role

As UX Researcher II, you will significantly contribute to understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations. You'll own and execute part of the UX research strategy for a business or product line.

  • Leads small to medium projects.
  • Develops and executes research plans; analyses findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand research questions.
  • Makes connections with overall product strategy.
  • Synthesises data to inform trends in usage.
  • Analyses qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
  • Identifies different research solutions.
  • Articulates use cases, informed by user needs.
  • Advocates user-driven recommendations to improve overall user experience.
  • Recruits participants and conducts work compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and conduct research studies.
  2. Collaborate with design and product teams to develop user-centric products.
  3. Ensure all products are regularly tested with users.
  4. Track patterns in analytics data to inform trends in usage.
