Job Opportunity: User Experience Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Design Specialist to shape the user experience of our digital products. As a mid-weight UX designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining problems to solve or opportunities to pursue for mid-complexity projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining problems to solve or opportunities to pursue for mid-complexity projects, leveraging user research and business intelligence to inform strategic UX decisions.
  • Conducting both primary and secondary UX research, interpreting and synthesizing data to generate and communicate actionable insights.
  • Designing and iterating user flows and wireframes, adhering to established interaction design principles.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • 4+ years experience as a UX designer.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to build a shared understanding and buy-in amongst stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and large enterprise environment.
