Mid-Weight UX Designer

Shaping the user experience of digital products.
Leading UX projects, conducting research, designing information architectures, and focusing on interaction design.
Requirements:
Years of experience as a UX designer.
Ability to define problems or opportunities for mid-complexity projects, leveraging user research and business intelligence.
Confidence in conducting primary and secondary UX research, interpreting data to generate insights.
Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, creating research artefacts.
Designing user flows and wireframes, adhering to established interaction design principles.
Creating interactive prototypes with a strong understanding of user experience design.
