Product Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative digital products.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong visual eye for beautiful user interfaces and proficiency in Figma. They should be able to build wireframes, prototypes, component libraries, and design systems, as well as conduct user research and usability testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end digital products, including responsive websites and apps from wireframes to finished UI that implement dev-ready design systems in Figma
  • Design work in Figma, including system build outs, design exploration tasks, writing documentation, creating component libraries, and developing prototypes
  • Conduct user research and analysis and incorporate feedback into design iterations
  • Map out user flows, write user stories, and other UX-related tasks
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver on projects

Requirements:

  • Junior to mid-weight Product Designer with 3-5 years' experience, ideally in an agency environment
  • Strong visual eye for beautiful user interfaces
  • Proficiency in Figma, building wireframes, prototypes, component libraries, and design systems
  • Experience with creating and maintaining design systems (experience with complex multi-brand design systems, working with design tokens a plus)
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other designers
