Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead strategic change and communication practices across the organization. This key role enables successful project execution, fosters change maturity, and safeguards customer experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change and communication strategies to support project and program success.
  • Evolve and lead the organization's change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change and comms maturity.
  • Design and implement strategic and operational communications aligned to our North Star vision.
  • Spearhead delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams.
  • Oversight and optimization of organizational platforms and critical incident communications.
  • Cultivate a customer-obsessed, high-performance culture across the team, supporting talent development, succession planning, and growth.
Required Skills
  • Proven leadership expertise (5+ years) with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced change management capability with experience applying methodologies in large-scale customer-facing environments.
  • Strong project delivery skills with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms.
