Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Manager to join our team at Link Group. This is a part-time position, requiring 3 days of work per week, with a flexible hybrid schedule that includes both office and remote work.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Corporate Markets team to develop and execute internal and external communications strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching, writing, and editing corporate communications materials, such as weekly CEO blogs and employee emails.
  • Managing the day-to-day upkeep of our company intranet, including uploading new stories and supporting business teams on how to use the platform effectively.
  • Developing and implementing employee communication campaigns for key events and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with our HR Director to draft and roll out internal communications for major changes and events.

You will also be responsible for creating and implementing external communications strategies that leverage content from internal communications and share it across various mediums, such as social media platforms like LinkedIn.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications within the finance or professional services industries.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • The ability to distill complex information into engaging and accessible content.
  • Experience working with collaboration tools like SharePoint and Yammer.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
