Job Description
  • We are looking for someone who can take ownership and lead on client accounts, nurturing relationships and supporting with any hurdles or challenges.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on capabilities across executing public relations, media, and communications strategies for clients.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and creating editorial opportunities, drafting media releases, pitching to media outlets, and managing media interviews and briefings.
Requirements
  • A strategic mindset with strong writing skills, capable of producing engaging press releases and media articles for targeted audiences in the consumer space.
  • Experience across the media landscape, including knowledge of how to pitch to the right media outlets.
  • A customer-centric approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with the agency world, preferably within the lifestyle and consumer portfolio.
  • Ability to thrive in a small boutique agency environment and contribute to a culture that promotes learning and development.
What We Offer
  • An attractive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A flexible working arrangement, including hybrid working options (Wednesday and Fridays from home).
  • Early finish Fridays at 3:30pm, equivalent to 12 additional annual leave days per year.
  • Hard finishes No ridiculous overtime every day. Can it be done tomorrow? Then it can wait.
  • $500 health and wellness benefits per year, to support your physical and mental well-being.
