Electrical Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Electrical Site Leader to lead by example and take pride in running a smooth and efficient site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering projects to high standards, with experience in trenching and backfilling for services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of skilled trades and subcontractors
  • Coordinate all on-site construction activities within scope
  • Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders and team members

Requirements:

  • 3+ years practical site experience
  • Background delivering projects to Energex standards
  • Experience in trenching and backfilling for services
  • MR/HR Truck license an advantage
