Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead a high-performing team on an exciting project in the Northern Territory.

About the Role
  • Lead electrical team and drive project success
  • Report to Construction Manager and ensure safety, quality and budget meet client expectations
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage supervisors, set safety and performance standards
  • Assist Project Manager with daily operations and project delivery
  • Monitor project progress, report on cost, scope and schedule
  • Review plans and drawings for estimating and pricing strategies
  • Maintain records of work-in-progress and project communications
  • Complete daily and weekly project reports
  • Participate in project planning, reviews and audits
About You
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership in site safety and team management
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Supervisory role (mining experience preferred)
  • Previous underground mining experience highly regarded
  • Mining Supervisor certification desirable but not essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams)
  • Experience interpreting project schedules
  • Quality assurance and budget management experience

The successful candidate will have Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech, NT Electrical License, current CPR/LVR and current Unrestricted C Class Driver's License.

Requirements
  • Current White/Blue Construction Card
  • High-risk work License (with WP class) and Working at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months) are desirable but not essential
