
Talent Acquisition Specialist

The successful candidate will lead a team of HR professionals in executing strategic initiatives that drive business results. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, and fostering positive employee relations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies to ensure compliance.
- Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues while promoting a productive work environment.
- Lead the development and implementation of performance management systems and training programs.
- Cultivate employee engagement through various initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, compensation, and benefits management to maintain competitive practices.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
