About the Role

The Australian Institute of Company Directors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Member Portfolio Partner to join our Membership Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with AICD members, understanding their individual needs and aspirations.
  • Work closely with clients and members to identify opportunities for growth and development, providing tailored solutions and support.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive member engagement and retention, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of AICD's products and services, meeting member expectations and driving business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve member issues, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring timely and effective communication with members.
  • Represent AICD at events and conferences, promoting our brand and values.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or relationship management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • High level of technical aptitude, with proficiency in CRM data management and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
