Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the operational pre-construction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers as the office liaison, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all Burbank customers.
  • Coordinate the completion of post-contract variation documentation and tracking as required.
  • Process contracts, including bank packs, balance of $5k deposit invoicing, insurances, CITB levies, and other associated documentation requirements.
  • Lodge and proactively monitor applications to council and private certifiers, including updates to customers.
  • Introduce customers to MyPlace and manage document uploads.
  • Refer customers to the site team as necessary.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with a residential builder and a demonstrated understanding of the build process.
  • Strong customer focus, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and administration skills.
  • Professional manner, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently and proactively.
  • Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation.
