About the Role
  1. Field-based Clinical Science Liaison position
  2. Oncology portfolio with a focus on Breast cancer
  3. Based in NSW North and covering Northern Beaches, Concord, Westmead, up to Tweed Heads, including Orange and Bathurst.
  4. Clinically focused role working with and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  5. Provide a reliable, trusted source of unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific knowledge
  6. Working closely with cross-functional teams - sales, marketing & medical
  7. Requires strong scientific knowledge and commercial understanding
  8. Drive projects from concept to execution
  9. Conduct medical review of promotional materials
  10. Act as an internal expert to support staff training
The Successful Applicant
  1. Successful completion of relevant science-based tertiary qualifications: post-grad/Masters (minimum) or PhD required
  2. Relevant industry (medical/scientific/HSR) experience in the Oncology area is essential
  3. Breast Cancer experience is highly regarded
  4. Learning agility to comprehend and effectively communicate large amounts of complex scientific content
  5. Self-directed and able to work alone in the field, effectively managing multiple priorities and projects
  6. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage in professional relationship-building and networking
  7. Advanced presentation and computer skills with expertise in literature identification
  8. Strong communication skills
