Senior Technical Leader Job

This is a rare opportunity to drive customer satisfaction by leading a team of skilled technicians in a high-performance environment that values its people and supports their growth.

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to fill this senior leadership role, responsible for pre- and post-sales engineering support, aligning resources with workload demands, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert engineering support during the sales process, including site surveys, design, and Bill of Materials creation
  • Executing project works and maintenance for radio networks and IP networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Managing acceptance and release of conforming products, addressing non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, providing high-level customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or higher in electronics engineering, RF engineering, or related fields of study, preferably with experience in P25, TETRA, and DMR radio systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure systems, complex engineering integration, design, planning, and implementation, with a focus on wireless networking and IP solutions
  • High risk license and experience working at heights, with EWPs, and tower climbing, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and procedures
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with wireless, IP networking, PAGA, telephony, and microwave technologies, as well as public announcement, radar, display, compass, access control, CCTV, UPS, and complex antenna systems
