Director of Network Infrastructure

The System Technical Lead will oversee the implementation of technical systems across various state regions. This includes procuring and deploying new radio terminals, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful integration.
About the Role- Lead the deployment of operational radios and equipment, collaborating with key decision-makers to facilitate smooth integration.
- Provide expert guidance on technical requirements specifications, radio configuration, and test plans to ensure compliance with Operational Radio Quality Management standards.
- Engage with senior management and other stakeholders to deliver complex projects and provide technical expertise in radio communications, including P25 networks.
- Coordinate radio terminal configuration testing elements, ensuring alignment with Operational Radio Quality Management requirements.
- Deep understanding of VRN (MMR & RMR) and P25 networks.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with diverse personnel.
- Ability to prepare and present concise, professional, and insightful technical reporting and briefing materials for senior management.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record managing complex issues and projects to develop innovative solutions.
