Technical Specialist - Radio Configuration

We're seeking a skilled technical specialist to provide configuration support for P25 subscriber radio systems. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating and updating configurations via various tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customer technical requirements with a team of specialists.
  • Develop and manage codeplugs, update documentation.
  • Review and summarize new software releases for customers.
  • Conduct regression testing for firmware updates.
  • Provide technical support to stakeholders.
Requirements:

- Essential: Tertiary qualifications in Electronics or Computer Systems Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

- Highly desirable: Experience with Land Mobile Radio systems, especially Motorola ASTRO P25.

Additional Skills:

Interfacing with clients and vendors, software/firmware testing, codeplug management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential skills. In-depth knowledge of Motorola radio systems is highly desirable.
