As a senior HR professional and business partner, you will play a critical role in supporting and advising line managers across all areas of people management to build and maintain a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement strategic human resource policies and services
  • Manage employee relations and casework effectively
  • Support wellbeing initiatives, learning and development programs, and organisational change efforts
  • Contribute to recruitment strategies, talent development planning, remuneration reviews, and onboarding/offboarding processes
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business
  • Demonstrated senior HR experience with strong capability in partnering with business leaders
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, industrial instruments, and employment law
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships across all levels and manage sensitive situations with diplomacy
  • Highly organised and outcome-focused, with proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
