Job Overview

About The Role

You will lead a team of approximately 150 staff and be responsible for providing strategic leadership across all civil functions, including roads, stormwater, drainage, floodplain management, water and wastewater, resource recovery, infrastructure planning, and asset management.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team with a proven track record in program delivery.
  • Promote and implement change, develop the workforce, and deliver outstanding outcomes through people.
  • Represent the organization in various forums and engage with communities to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Provide informed recommendations and apply legislation in a complex work environment.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field complemented by extensive experience.
  • Proven senior leadership experience and a strong track record in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Benefits

This executive level position offers a total remuneration package in the range of $230,000 to $257,000 per annum.
