Job Title: Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional sales results and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

  • As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving incremental sales improvements in all sales channels and providing expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers.
  • You will also promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, while ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining health and safety standards.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the store team to achieve exceptional sales results and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  2. Drive incremental sales improvements in all sales channels.
  3. Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers.
  4. Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts.
  5. Ensure seamless execution of tasks and maintain health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in a retail or service environment is essential.
  • You must have strong communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate your team.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job with a willingness to learn is required.
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize your work, is necessary.
  • A current driver's license is mandatory.
