Lead Aged Care Manager

  • Ensure Aged Care Standards are embedded within the home
  • Diagnose and solve business problems
  • Deliver required sales, occupancy, and financial outcomes
  • Recruit, retain, and lead your team
Requirements
  • Experience leading customer-centric cultures in B2C businesses
  • Leadership roles in highly regulated sectors with strong performance standards
  • Commercial understanding of budgets and resource management
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience leading transformational change
