Our care home is seeking a seasoned executive leader to oversee our daily operations and drive long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading customer-centric cultures, developing continuous improvement efforts, and delivering commercial outcomes.

A key aspect of this role is fostering a positive and engaged culture within the home, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and staff engagement. To achieve this, you will be responsible for creating a visible presence among the team, residents, and families, and promoting open collaboration and communication.

Additionally, you will need to ensure that Aged Care Standards are embedded within the home and maintain high levels of service delivery while adhering to strict regulations and standards.
