Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive to drive the future of aged care in our care home. This is a prime opportunity for a visionary leader with experience in strategy, operations, and team development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive and engaged environment within the Care Home to enable employees to thrive.
  • Ensure adherence to Aged Care Standards within the home.
  • Analyse business issues and implement effective solutions drawing on key business insights.
  • Achieve required sales, occupancy, and financial objectives.
Required Skills:
  • Experience leading a customer-centric culture in a B2C business focusing on enhancing customer engagement, experience, and acting on customer feedback.
  • Leadership roles in highly regulated sectors with strong performance standards, risk management, and capital allocation, and a sense of purpose/brand identity (profits reinvested in the business).
  • Sound commercial understanding of budgets, resource allocation, and key levers for profitability.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort in working with high-level industry partners and executive leaders.
