As an operational leader for Victoria and Tasmania, you will foster a collaborative approach through our operational teams.

You will drive the development of your team to deliver on our operational metrics and all elements of our strategy.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Drive transformation and change while maintaining focus on business performance and strategic priorities
  • Build engagement and advocacy through our values and ways of working
  • Interpret analytics and insights to provide guidance and coaching to your team
  • Create and implement projects and trial initiatives
  • Develop business strategies and plans for the continued growth and development of your region to achieve your business scorecard
  • Utilise shared capabilities to deliver on our strategy end to end
  • Support and execute on the digital transformation of our organisation
  • Develop talent pipelines, team and future leaders by providing regular feedback to your team, creating meaningful development plans and ensuring succession

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong track record of commercial delivery at a senior level and demonstrate considerable experience in inspiring leadership and commitment to building highly engaged teams.

You will have a reputation for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that deliver sustainable value and the ability to collaborate effectively in a complex and fast-paced business.

Apart from these qualities, we are looking for an adaptable and optimistic nature with a strong work ethic and high energy levels. Ideally, you should have 10+ years of working experience in multi-site customer-driven businesses, including but not limited to Retail, FMCG and consumer industries.
