We are seeking a dedicated Senior Health and Safety Professional to join our team, focusing on Health and Safety across Victoria and Tasmania.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing Health and Safety advice to sites across both states. You will work closely with stakeholders to build strong relationships and support the strategic roll-out of standardized systems and practices across our sites.

  • Build trust with stakeholders and provide expert Health and Safety guidance to sites across Victoria and Tasmania.
  • Support other Victorian sites as needed and ensure key safety risks are being effectively managed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain health and safety processes and systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience advising or overseeing site safety matters in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • An optimistic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to travel to different sites across Victoria and Tasmania (minimum 1 week per month in Tasmania).
  • Autonomy and flexibility when assisting the broader team.
  • Prior experience implementing health and safety processes and systems is highly regarded.
