Regional Training Manager VIC/TAS Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Support Team as a Regional Training Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract, reporting into our Senior Regional Relationship Manager. As part of a broader team of learning professionals, you will be responsible for building the capability of our store teams across a portfolio of stores within Victoria and Tasmania.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering engaging training through face-to-face workshops, virtual classrooms, and conducting store visits to ensure our team has the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Building strong relationships, influencing, mentoring, and coaching others to drive retail performance and embed strategic business plans across the region.

This role requires:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Retail management experience with a passion for coaching and developing capability.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to design and deliver training material to small and large audiences.
  • A commitment to customer service with experience in creating end-to-end initiatives to enhance capability.
  • Effective collaboration skills with strong influencing abilities to align training with business needs.
  • A driver's license with the ability to travel regionally and interstate.
