Job Title: Depot Operations Coordinator

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to coordinate maintenance activities to enhance service reliability, efficiency, and asset availability.

  • Lead teams to manage preventive and reactive maintenance to ensure all work meets safety and operational standards.
  • Provide on-the-job training and competency assessments for maintenance staff.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and update digital management systems.
  • Participate in investigations, analysis, and workshops to improve train systems reliability.
  • Coordinate train movements for maintenance and liaise with other sites and Train Operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a relevant trade qualification, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling production or maintenance activities within a rail or industrial environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in suburban train systems and components.
