About the Role

As a proactive and customer-focused individual, you will oversee daily depot operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence in service delivery.

  • Conduct Safe Act Observations and facilitate Toolbox meetings.
  • Drive a culture of safety within operations.
  • Ensure compliance with customer contracts and performance metrics.
  • IDentify and address customer needs, maintaining high service standards.
  • Verify and approve timesheets accurately and promptly.
  • Complete weekly and monthly depot reporting within deadlines.
  • Supervise and motivate the workforce, recognising achievements and addressing performance issues.
  • Provide regular training and coaching in operational matters.
  • Address employee concerns efficiently and effectively.
About You
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within industrial services or a related field.
  • Experience managing a unionised workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of financial drivers to drive revenue and control costs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise workloads, and plan effectively.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
