Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the day-to-day operations at our recycling depots. As Depot Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in team management, with the ability to motivate and support employees through ongoing coaching and development. They will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising teams, maintaining operational efficiency, managing WHS governance, and troubleshooting machine issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring teams through ongoing coaching and support
  • Maximizing operational uptime and processing volumes through efficient team management
  • Maintaining a professional and clean work environment for staff and customers
  • Troubleshooting machine issues with the Technician Team
  • Ensuring compliance with TOMRA SAFE Standards and Guidelines
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualification in Frontline Management or equivalent (preferred)
  • Excellent computer and systems skills
  • Ability to motivate and support employees through ongoing professional development
  • Customer-focused and experienced in handling customer complaints
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Full Australian driver's license
