**About the Role**

Lead office administration for Transit Systems QLD at New Chum.

We're looking for a dedicated **Depot Office Manager** to join our Operations team at Transit Systems QLD. You will play a critical role in providing office administration support and ensuring the effectiveness of our Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality (HSEQ), and Asset Management Systems (AMS). If you're experienced in administration, have a customer service mindset, and are ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you

**Duties**
- Maintain staff records in both hard copy and electronic formats.
- Manage onboarding and inductions for new employees.
- Coordinate the depot consultation committee meetings.
- Support injured team members in rehabilitation and return to work.
- Coordinate office procurement and management of supplies.

**About You**
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Experience in customer service-oriented environments.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
