About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cadillac Partnerships and Events Manager to join our team at General Motors Australia & New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the Cadillac brand through key target audience and customer events, generating passion and connection to the brand, and familiarity with our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all project management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to produce successful events, including high-end shopping centre pop-up displays, in-store corporate and customer functions, product launches, and test drive events.
  • Budgeting, ordering, and management of all event tasks in line with the Cadillac brand guidelines, visual identity, and customer experience.
  • Evaluating and engaging in strategic partnerships with retailers, brands, and personalities to deliver benefits for owners and grow interest in the Cadillac brand.
  • Negotiating partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and results, working alongside the marketing team to ensure partnerships are aligned to the broader strategy.
  • Leverage all partnerships to amplify brand reach and increase potential customer pipelines.
  • Measurement of key event metrics, including return on investment (ROI), and preparation of reports for internal communication.
  • Coordinate and work alongside internal stakeholders to align event goals with the broader business objectives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of events and share with the broader team to ensure timely execution.

Requirements
  • At least 4 years' experience in similar roles or functions, with an understanding of the automotive or luxury segments.
  • Experience in managing agencies and suppliers, project management, planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, understanding of data and analytics, and ability to use CRM tools for invitations, RSVPs, and event check-in.
  • Experience in digital marketing, design, or photography is desirable.
  • Ability to develop and report on KPIs, work cross-functionally to align all activity to business objectives, and use creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
