About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Loyalty Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing promotional EDM & SMS communication to Club members.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and delivering marketing campaign planning, production and execution in a fast-paced environment. They will possess excellent stakeholder engagement, strong communication skills and an ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute promotional EDM & SMS communication to Club members.
  • Support the development and execution of loyalty marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Work with the Loyalty Marketing Manager and Merchandise team to coordinate the development of offers to support the loyalty strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to track and measure the impact and key metrics of loyalty marketing activities and reporting insights to the Loyalty Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure ongoing personal skills and knowledge development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in retail marketing and/or loyalty marketing.
  • Demonstrated administrative skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Qualifications in business or marketing or demonstrated experience.
