As a purpose-driven company, we connect thousands of people with disability and older Australians to independent support workers on their terms.Since 2014, we have facilitated over 25 million hours of support and have been recognized on AFR's Top 100, Deloitte Tech Fast 50, and previously awarded Australian Growth & Technology Growth Company of the Year.Working at Mable means joining a high-productivity, dynamic team committed to meaningful change in Australia's care and support sectors.Visit / to learn more.About the roleDue to rapid growth, Mable is seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty and Retention to design, lead, and optimize our customer loyalty and retention strategy.Reporting to the Head of CRM, this senior role will lead loyalty initiatives, shaping and executing strategies across marketing, development, and roadmap projects.You will drive customer growth through nurture and retention programs that deepen engagement and deliver measurable impact.Responsibilities include:Design and implement a data-driven loyalty strategy to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.Lead the launch and ongoing development of Mable's loyalty offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.Utilize insights from customer behavior and program performance to optimize strategies, enhance engagement, and improve ROI.Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and analytics teams to integrate loyalty initiatives across all customer touchpoints.Innovate through personalization and automation to create tailored customer experiences.Manage loyalty partnerships and vendors to ensure effective collaboration.Develop initiatives to increase engagement, repeat bookings, and brand loyalty.Oversee cross-channel marketing automation (Email, SMS, Push, In-app messaging) for consistent communication.Stay informed on martech trends and loyalty best practices to keep Mable at the forefront.Candidate profile8+ years experience in loyalty, CRM, or retention marketing with proven impact.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Hands-on experience with loyalty platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation (Braze experience preferred).
