Our team is seeking a Loyalty Program Coordinator, responsible for supporting the Loyalty Marketing Team and providing administration and coordination to drive club member growth and increase member engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination and execution of promotional EDM and SMS communication to Club members
  • Supporting the development and execution of loyalty marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Working with the Merchandise team to coordinate the development of offers to support the loyalty strategy and marketing campaigns
  • Providing administrative support to track and measure the impact and key metrics of loyalty marketing activities and reporting insights to the Loyalty Marketing Manager
  • Ensuring the ongoing development of your personal skills and knowledge

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in supporting and delivering marketing campaign planning, production, and execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, with strong communication skills and an ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in retail marketing and/or loyalty marketing
  • Demonstrated administrative skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Qualifications in Business or Marketing
