About the Position

Key to our business is hiring a skilled Loyalty Marketing Specialist. As part of this role, you will contribute to developing and executing loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop loyalty campaigns that increase member engagement.
  • Drive data-driven insights for tactical initiatives to reduce churn and increase retention.
  • Develop test & learn activities for loyalty initiatives, analysing results and implementing improvements.
  • Support growth through execution of tactical initiatives that attract new members and drive engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign planning, production, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in retail marketing or loyalty marketing.
  • Demonstrated administrative skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Qualifications in business or marketing are highly regarded.
  • Ability to analyse data and communicate findings effectively.
